Led end-to-end digital design activities from discovery to development. Conducted ethnographic research on customer segments for new features. Established a hypothesis-driven framework for new feature discovery and product research. Overhauled brand style guide to conform to WCAG AA accessibility standards. Provided strategic guidance on digital product development at the corporate level.

UI/UX designer for native mobile applications and responsive web. Developed rapid prototypes using Invision, Marvel, Principle, and Sketch. Created digital branding and marketing campaigns for Federal clients. Conducted user testing sessions to validate design decisions. Led visual design competency for Deloitte’s Technology Fellowship Program (TFP).
