Just so you know...

I'm a graphic designer turned product manager turned digital product designer living and working in Washington, DC. I studied Graphic Design at North Carolina State University, where I graduated as a Park Scholar in 2013. After undergrad, I joined the NC State MBA program, where I concentrated in Marketing and Innovation Management and conducted research in consumer behavior. I graduated in May 2015. I currently work as a Digital Product Designer at CAVA, a national Mediterranean fast casual restaurant 

I believe that the best design comes from interdisciplinary teams, where a formal title represents expertise rather than dictates a silo. I love to explore user experience, service design, and technology to inform and drive my work. Above all else I want to push the needle forward on design's place in society. I'm passionate about designing and building products that improve the human experience.

When I'm not in the office you can find me doing yoga, watching drag queens, and spending time in the sunshine.
